Kai Lin first found yoga helpful for managing her injuries, but soon discovered there was so much more to it. Yoga, to her, is the journey of discovering and being true to yourself, and she hopes to guide her students towards building that self-awareness and self-love for themselves.

Kai is certified in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Prenatal/Postpartum Yoga.
