Don has always been interested in moving, and has acquired different practices such as Calisthenics, Pilates, Tai Chi, Acroyoga, Floorwork, and Capoeira over the years.

Having taught since 2017, his goal is to provide his students with knowledge that he has accumulated throughout his years of experience. 

Not only will you gain the benefits from his classes, you can also bring the practice back with you wherever you are. In a fun and playful manner, he welcomes you to start your movement journey together with him.
