Who doesn’t talk to themselves? The worry we all have is - is it okay? Is there a correct way to do it? Is there an effective way to do it?

Yes, yes, and yes. While there are many ways to talk to yourself, one of the most effective ways to talk to yourself is by talking to your Child Self. Your Child Self is your purest, original self that may have withdrawn due to the realities of adult life. 

In this workshop, take the first step towards talking to your true self - your Child Self. Have a dialogue with your Child Self and write it down. Experience your Child Self in a way that only you can - and start the conversation with your purest, original self.

  1. The event may be cancelled when it does not meet the minimum required number of reservations or if the organiser is unavailable. When this happens, you will be notified via email and/or WhatsApp 24 hours in advance, and rest assured, we will reach out to you to sort things out, and if necessary, you may request for a refund.
  2. Hello Body reserves the rights to reschedule the session and provide at least 24 hours notice via email and/or WhatsApp. Should you not be able to make it for the rescheduled time, you may request for a refund.
