Yes, yes, and yes. While there are many ways to talk to yourself, one of the most effective ways to talk to yourself is to know why you want to talk to yourself, and which self you should talk to. Your past self? Your future self? Your alternate self? They’re all you - but which you should you choose?
In this workshop, take the first step towards talking to yourself - the self that can best help you. Have a dialogue with yourself and write it down. Experience advice from yourself in a way that only you can - and start the conversation with your purest self and your best self.
